“Cramer Family Mountain Inn was the perfect stay for me to visit my niece at PSU during graduation weekend. The Inn was easy to find, check in was a breeze. It was quiet, the mattress was lovely and the place was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the Cramer Family Mountain Inn and I hope to be back in the future. ”

“Property is dated but well maintained. Our room was recently refurnished, with a very comfortable new bed. And fresh clean sheets. but we the walls were thin and we heard our neighbor’s tv all night until we got up at 6 am There was coffee in the office every morning at 6 but only powder creamer, not real milk. The manager Chris was very friendly and helpful. the motel honored my special request for extra blankets.”

“The maintenance man was fixing a door next to my room. He became very angry and began swearing every swear word in the book. Including the “N” word. Very unprofessional I might add, and he was saying it loudly. I couldn’t get my laptop to connect to the internet, I called the front desk and they charged my two dollars a day for their special super 8 wifi. I thought there was wifi there? Anyway the price was right and it was way better than the last time I stayed there. I’ll use them again.”

“The staff/managers let people around 40-50 adults and teens to have alcohol and party in the lobby until after 2:00 AM on Friday night and I asked for a different room on another floor and they said no. On Saturday night it was a repeat of Friday night in which I got a video of the staff/managers allowing the partying and drinking again.. They also allowed drinking and underage partying in the parking lot with loud music until after midnight. The lobby was filled with about 60 people...

“Pessimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Prezzi da 5 stelle con camere e servizi da 1 stella (ma peggio di un motel dove almeno trovi la colazione inclusa). Struttura vecchia, quasi fatiscente. No ascensore per le camere che non sono al piano terreno (difficolta' per i bagagli). “The property was beautiful. The grounds were well kept. The hotel is in the middle of hills and the view is of beautiful mountains. The front desk and food service staff were all friendly. If I was in the area I would stay there again. Only comment is that there is not enough space on the sink. But everything was clean.”
