Case in affitto a Warsaw

“What an adorable country cottage. We came up for just 1 night for a family function and felt right at home. We are a family of four with 2 adult children but you could easily have 2 more children and a baby here. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with cozy nooks and nice front porch. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen including full spice rack. We will definitely be back.”

“Property is exactly as described. We had a great week fishing and crabbing on the dock and even on the 2 days it rained, the house was so comfortable for chilling and watching movies. This house was well stocked with everything you would need. We forgot our Old Bay for the crabs but there was some already for us! Kelly and Thomas responded quickly to a couple of questions we had and made check in and out simple. My only suggestion would be to put window treatments on the windows in the...

“We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. The view is beautiful and the house is beautifully decorated and kid friendly. Just a really charming place to stay for a family vacation.”

“Great place, super cute and walking distance to everything. Host was great!”

“Beautiful home, very clean and comfy ”

“Cozy, small, quiet home.”

“This property is absolutely beautiful! The private beach is what sold us. Unfortunately we couldnt swim due to massive amount of jelly fish expecially on our first day. The following day, there wasn't as many but all got stung when we tried to swim. This is not the owners fault, definitely something I wish I knew could happen before booking as this is the main reason we wanted to stay here to swim and use the beach. We made the best of our trip using kayaks and playing games. They have a nice...

“Clean, comfortable home with plenty of room for four college buddies of an age! We walked to town, had great breakfasts at the Kilmarnock Inn, shopped at The Pearl, Fin and Pearl, ate a great lunch at Lee’s. For fun - a concert in the town park , history - visits to numerous historic sites, and a lovely place to relax…BelleHaven was great. It was our second time there.Only thing missing was a full length mirror somewhere…but who cares?!?!!We’ll go back and Kristen was a great host!”

“This really was immaculate and a really wonderful place to stay. An outstanding kitchen with modern appliances and an excellent induction cook top with a wide variety of pans and cookware that enabled us to cook just as we would at home, peaceful, spacious with a lovely view out from the back deck. Simply couldn't have asked for more”

“A beautiful home in a quiet area along the waterfront. Owner was responsive immediately when we had questions. Definitely look forward to coming back!”

“House was very nice and very private. The location is tucked away from Colonial Beach, but just a short drive away for a visit. The kayaks and the water were a favorite for my kids. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with all of the tools we needed and that was a very nice touch. It was easy to get settled and provided plenty of space for our family.”

“Don’t judge by the outside! Inside, it’s cozy, clean, and packed with great amenities. Comfortable, well-designed, and welcoming, this place made our stay awesome. A hidden gem worth visiting. Highly recommend for those who value a well-maintained, inviting space.”

“This home is comfortable, well appointed, and in a great location. Host is accommodating and communicates appropriately I highly recommend this property!”

“We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life!”

“Wonderfully appointed house in Colonial Beach! Such a great location and the home is first class - it has everything for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Our family had a great time and hopes to return.”
