The Space:
The studio is located on the ground floor of the tenement building and can accommodate 2 people. To ensure maximum safety, the building is monitored and has security, while the windows overlooking the inner courtyard provide silence and separation from the street noise. The 29 m² surface of the apartment is divided into a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The apartment is characterized by high ceilings that give the space a light and open quality. Also, every design element is thoughtfully selected to create an elegant atmosphere without crowding the interior. Gold and wood elements allude to the historic character of the building, while modern amenities bring 21st century comfort. Next to the kitchenette, an air conditioner is installed to ensure optimum temperature at any time of the year. Other amenities include flat-screen TV and free access to Wi-Fi network.
