“As soon as I walked into the hotel I received a welcoming greeting and a smooth check-in. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion options provided were a nice touch. There was a variety of options for breakfast. “very eventful night, the fire alarm went off at 1230 in the morning. We had to go downstairs for over a half hour till it was turned off. My phone didn't work to call the front desk to see what the siren was for. Then at around 830 an alarm went off again. Turned off in 10 minutes. Very alarming, not conducive to a good night's sleep. The bed was not very comfortable either.”

“The location is very convenient. I trusted the Wyndham brand, but the hotel was "sketchy" at best. It was a mistake to stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites in Middletown, NY. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The mattress made a loud creak when I sat on the edge of the bed. The mattress dipped from side to side and top to bottom.
