“We stayed 3 nights and they never clean our room”

“Clean room, breakfast was great and gym and pool is also nice. However there is no microwave in the room, there is only one in the lobby. Adequate pillows however it's too soft and flat, feels like you don't have a pillow. I also didn't like that there is a parking fee in this hotel.”

“My room had sticky drink circles all over the furniture and the bathtubshower didn't work. I had to fill up the bathroom sink and use washcloths to wash. There was either blood or dark colored food stains on the curtains and the floor had not been swept.”

“It was okey but i didnt like that in the app when i reserved it said free breakfast and when i got their they try to charged me for the breakfast when it said it was a free breakfast ???? Also the first lady when my husband arriving and trying to to check in cause i was arriving later she was very rude and not very polite made my two sons and my husband feel very uncomfortable..!! Something i did not like cause when i call i heard her how she was talking to my son and it was very unprofessional...

“The property was in great condition. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The lobby and outdoor spaces are quote nice for this tier of hotel. No issues with our stay. We didn't eat the breakfast so no review there. ”

“Breakfast was better than typical continental breakfasts. The beds are mediocre, not horrible not great. The most bothersome thing was that the bathroom area smelled bad like cigarette smoke even though the whole hotel was supposed to be smoke free. There were also a couple of days of our three that we stayed where our whole room smelled like cigarette smoke. For this reason alone, we won’t stay there again.”

“I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at this Hilton Garden Inn property. I made a reservation and paid specifically for a room with 2 Queen Beds. However, upon arrival, I wasn’t informed that I would be placed in a room with only 1 bed and a sofa bed. I checked in at 5:30 PM well after the standard check-in time (4PM), yet the front desk stated they could not provide the room I booked because there was no housekeeping available to prepare it. “Breakfast selection were not great. Not as good as last time we stayed. They ran out of items as well as tableware and dishes. Very surprising for this hotel. But staff is friendly and helpful. They just need more help. Location is excellent and rooms are comfortable. Night desk staff was very helpful with a temperamental printer. I will stay there again. ”

“The place was filthy, bathroom had random Hair everywhere. The floor was so sticky that our shoes stuck, and the fridge and microwave were nasty.”

“I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.”
