The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. ”

I asked them to extend my stay until noon (one hour later than the regular time), and they agreed. At 8 a.m., someone tried to enter my room without knocking while I was asleep. “We checked in on a Thursday night and didn't feel welcomed at all. Our room was missing a luggage rack in the closet and after numerous request finally got one dirty wooden rack. The room smelled of dogs and was very old and worn down. Cleaning staff was amazing and afternoon young staff was helpful and made us feel welcomed.
