A Quiet single house perfect for working, studying, and visiting the MD, DC & VA area. This home has essential business travel amenities. It is a mile from the metro (red line- Silver Spring, MD) with easy access to the National Zoo, Bethesda, Downtown DC, Alexandria, and Highway 495. It includes 3 Bedrooms, 5 beds (1 king, 1 queen, 2 full beds, and 1 queen-sized and 1 full sized sofa bed in the living room), and 2 full bathrooms that come with amenities such as towels, wash clothes, shampoo, condition, a hairdryer, and more. You can access Verizon high-speed WIFI and 2 televisions in the master bedroom and living room. We provide all cooking supplies (pans, utensils, cups, bowls, wine glasses, and more). We also offer complimentary breakfast with various cereals, juice, fruit, milk, and an entire case of water. I hope you enjoy your stay in Silver Spring in our cozy home!

This is an excellent property to stay at and I'd definitely recommend it to others. The owner is extremely helpful and communicative and even called us to make sure we'd arrived safely with no issues. This is a multi-unit house, but the rental has a private gated entrance on the side of the house. Extremely clean and welcoming. They even provided water bottles, milk, orange juice, cereal, coffee, etc. which was so unexpected and appreciated. Not to mention they also provided nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. We had an amazing stay thanks to this awesome rental.

The property owners are exceptional owners. They provided a complimentary breakfast rach day and the place was located in a great neighborhood and exceptionally clean. Our goal was to spend time viewing the capital and surrounding memorials and to have a stay location near enough to drive to. This home fit that criteria. It was an easy place to locate, it was roomy for the 4 of us, it was very clean, supplied with all the necessities and in a quiet neighborhood. We would suggest this place to others.

Although the property is a bit dated, it was clean and very spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out with the grandchildren, and it was nice to have a large dining room table at which we could all sit. The cereal and milk was a welcome surprise (and a grandchild pleaser). Communication with the host was easy, making check-in a breeze. I will definitely bookmark this property for the next time we travel to Silver Spring to visit family.

Our stay

We had a wonderful stay. Place was comfortable and clean. It was a vlose walk to bus station to metro station to take red line into dc. They responded quickly to any messages I sent. I was very pleased.

Great base for touring DC

Introducing our granddaughter to the Smithsonian museums, this was close enough for easy access and far enough away to relax. Definitely a venue we'd love to book again for the next grandchild.
