La fermata Foggy Bottom, metro Silver che parte dall 'aeroporto si trova a pochi passi. Vicino all 'area di interesse turistico. Le stanze sono grandi. Nella hall c'è un piccolo self service per colazione o spuntino a prezzi ragionevoli. Il personale alla reception è molto professionale e cortese. Consigliatissimo

Il fatto che nelle stanze ci fossero dei quadri di artisti emergenti con la spiegazione nell’opuscolo del hotel tra le altre cose fatto veramente bene ed originale. Idea davvero bella per farti sentire partecipe della città e delle persone che ci abitano.

It was just an average hotel. It was a good place to stay for the GW graduations weekend. Parking was the big issue! Staffs were friendly and helpful. What else to say about the room when it had already been said by other reviews (small, heat/AC issue, curtain, and thin wall…).

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was super friendly and kind. Property is dated and could use upgrades in the common areas . Room was small but very clean and comfortable. Parking is valet only and $55 daily, I would park in a public lot next time.

Very kind staff. Got me checked in a little bit early which was nice on a hot day! Easy walk to Whole Foods and the Foggy Bottom metro.

The hotel itself is quite nice and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our room was large and the king size bed comfortable. The washroom was very large, marble all over and great shower area. This hotel is situated in a quiet abd quaint area but close in walking distance to restaurants and some monuments. Parking can be a challenge but the hotel has a valet service. I would return to this hotel for sure.

The property is in a great location. The property is clean and what you would expect. Very nice staff. The only complaint is about the internet that didn’t seem to work in our room. My husband ended up using the internet in our son’s apartment.

Very clean and comfortable boutique hotel in Foggy Bottom. The area had some very good restaurants in walking distance and the Kennedy Center is also very close. The staff was quite helpful and they have a good selection of food and snack items for purchase but the hotel is cashless. They also have beer & wine but can only sell them til 5 pm. Liked the fact that the room had a Keurig with Caribou coffee.

Steep parking fee, $50 per night. Otherwise you need to park in the neighborhood which has VERY limited parking. No in-room heater, only A/C. Hotel provides a tiny space heater. Pet friendly, however, not a pet friendly area--not much grass or dirt for your fur baby to go to the bathroom. Will never stay here again

Great location but suffers from old heating system. The hotel had switched to a/c but it was cold the night we stayed yet the heat was off. I couldn't call the front desk from the phone in the room as it didn't work. They finally brought extra blankets but it was a hassle. The radiator made a burbling noise all night. Staff seemed hassled when I brought things up.

The hotel has nice if oddly shaped rooms, but the heat didn't work the night we stayed. Valet parking is very limited and we were advised to arrive between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. to have a reasonable chance of getting a space. They're only a few garages in the area that provide overnight parking.

Property was in a great location, easy walk to the foggy bottom metro. The complimentary water left in the room for you is a nice touch. There is also an area downstairs with fresh coffee, assortment of drinks (non and alcoholic) and a variety of food. Room was decent size and the Malin Goetz toiletries was a nice touch as well.

I enjoy staying at Arc hotel. The room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly. There's a 7/11 near by. And it seemed like a very safe area. But they need some thing to hang your towels in the bathroom.

Friendly and clean small ("boutique") hotel in Foggy Bottom. 3 minute walk to Foggy Bottom metro station, upscale, safe, quiet residential neighborhood "Kosta" the doorman very helpful with local transit info (bus & subway.) "Rezalyn" at front desk very friendly, helpful with printing Googlemaps directions to restaurants, points of interest for senior without a smartphone

The main issue I had with the hotel was the AC not working because they explained the building had 2 different units and at the time the heat was on for the whole building so my room was practically cooking.

Located in a nice area near George Washington University, the hotel is near a good amount of dining options and the convenience of a nearby Whole Foods. If you’re visiting on a Wednesday do not miss the Foggy Bottom Market, a nice small farmers market. Its a short walk to the Kennedy Center, a hub for rich history and dedication to the arts like theater, opera, and concerts. The hotel staff was exceptional and attentive. However, the property itself shows signs of wear; the decor feels dated and some aspects, like the curtains, are noticeably unclean, signaling a need for an upgrade. Despite it the hotel provides a decent and affordable accommodation option in the area. Our stay was enjoyable, and we would consider returning in the future.

We were within 1 - 1 1/2 mile walking distance to the White House, capital and all other major attractions. the metro was right around the corner. great quiet neighborhood. Our room was spacious with 2 beds. We were able to open the windows a bit for some fresh air. air conditioner was not an option. the hotel itself was clean and tidy. staff were very nice and approachable. will stay again.
