A peaceful third-floor apartment a few minutes away from the greatest DC attractions. All major DC attractions are ~1 mile away or less from this unit. Steps away from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, and the Chinatown gallery area. Safeway grocery store is a block away

It is ~500 sqft unit well-lit unit that is recently renovated with latest stove range and new floors

The space is well lit and has own bathroom and private unit entrance and common building stairway that is outside the units. You will NOT go through other units to access your rental.

You will be provided a key code upon confirming your reservation. The code is to access the outer building door. individual units will be left open and there is a key inside the unit for use after you are checked in.

when checking out, you'll leave the key inside and leave the rental unit door open for our cleaner to access.

We’ll follow your lead on interaction. We love interacting with guests but also respect your space and privacy. So whatever you prefer is our preference.

We want you to feel welcome and make this temporary stay feel like your home. So if there is anything we can help with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

If you book for more than 2 guests, let us know in advance so we can provide rollaway beds. We provide up to one rollaway bed for this unit.

The place will comfortably sleep 3 people (1 queen mattress and a twin air mattress/rollaway).

Message us your requirements, such as estimated time of arrival and pets, if any, while booking, so we can prepare for your stay. We are not able to guarantee last-minute requests.

Please note that this is a 500 sqft (typically larger than most DC/NYC type rooms).

But we’ll be happy to accommodate you if you are looking for an affordable, quick stay for 4-5 people. We can provide an additional air mattress for the 5th guest on rare occasions. Thank you.
