The Space:
PLEASE NOTE: This English basement apartment is a subterranean unit with private front and rear entrance, and there is a fully separate 3 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom unit above. Please check our profile if you're interested in renting the upstairs unit, or the combined 5 bedroom house. Due to the proximity of units we require quiet hours after 10PM, if you have any issues we are just a message away!

Guest Access:
There is access to a shared rear patio behind the home via the rear door.

Two of Washington DC's most talked about new restaurants are on the same block as the townhouse. Call Your Mother is famous for their amazing bagels and sandwiches. Tabla offers amazing Georgian inspired cuisine from their award winning chef. Located in the Columbia Heights area 10 min. away from the National Mall, Smithsonian and Downtown DC. Ideal for tourists who love to dine, explore nightlife and sightseeing.

Getting Around:
Just blocks away from either the Columbia Heights Metro or Georgia Avenue Metro Stations. (Green and Yellow Lines).

Parking: There is free 2 hour parking in front of the home during the daytime, and at night parking is free from 6:30PM until 9AM the next morning. Weekend guests can park for free on the street from 6:30PM on Friday until 9AM on Monday. For dedicated parking spots with guaranteed availability, we recommend a parking app like SpotHero (also available on the web). It helps you find close parking spaces at discounted prices in garages or surface lots.
