I acknowledge your concern regarding your check in experience and sincerely, I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. After reviewing the circumstances that led into this, I found out the check in time and parking fee posted on the third party, Expedia website is incorrect and have since reached out to Expedia to update both parking and check in time, to reflect the correct information. We are usually able to accommodate early check ins except this particular time we had a group that delayed their check out time and housekeeping department was unable to turn in clean rooms for early check ins.
