We had a great time, the house was excellent, easy access to the surrounding areas, very nice neighborhood and nice neighbors. The house was very clean and modernized. If back in the DC area, would absolutely stay again!!

We had an fantastic stay at Jay’s home in Washington, DC! He was an amazing host — friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire visit. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning backyard that made it easy to relax and unwind. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed while still feeling peaceful and private. Jay truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend his place to anyone visiting the area!

Decent stay

The home was comfortable. Master suite in basement had no privacy door and nowhere to store luggage or toiletries other than on the floor. Kitchen did not have much storage space available but was very well stocked for cooking/baking, which we always do to save money when traveling. Provided coffee and shampoo/body wash was a nice touch. Location was great for visiting the DC area. Easy to get around. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Lovely stay

We had a great stay, house was very clean, well equipped and our host kept in contact for questions. Would recommend if you have a car and want to drive 10min max to all tourist spots. Outside patio was lovely.

Close to Washington DC

We liked the cleanliness of the property and the easy reach of the owner. The location is about 15 minutes away from the main attractions in DC. Given that we were 6, we would have liked a bigger table to eat the meals. The current table has space for 2 only. That said, we were missing a couple of things and the owner was very quick to provide. Everything was as we expected and would recommend.

Charming and comfortable

The renovations on this house are adorable, and nothing was overlooked. The neighbors are very nice, and the homeowner made everything smooth. I also appreciate how energy efficient the home is! The night I (44F) stayed alone without my colleagues I felt completely safe and secure. The area of town doesn’t have many close amenities, so being there without a car made for long waits from DoorDash. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Great 3 night weekend

Had a great experience! The house was clean, the binder was a great idea and had all the info you needed right at your fingertips. The owner was very attentive and the communication was way above par. I hope this house is available next time I'm in for a weekend.
