• Primary Suite (2nd floor, King bed): This spacious suite features a Helix king bed, hospitality linens, and a unique mirror wall to help you get ready for the night ahead. Don't forget the coffee bar to get that morning caffeine fix!
• Second Bedroom (2nd floor, Full bed): Cozy and quiet, this bedroom is perfect for anyone to be tucked away for some privacy.
• Third Bedroom (2nd floor, 2 twin bunk bed): A flexible room perfect for kids or friends sharing, with a dedicated workspace for those who also want to catch up on some work on the go.
• Fourth Bedroom (Basement, King bed): Secluded and perfect for in-laws or a couple with a bathroom close by.
• Bathrooms: This home features three full bathrooms each stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. The main floor also has a powder room for convenience.

• Outdoor security cameras are active for safety and cover all four sides of the property. There are NO camera indoors.
• Quiet hours are requested to respect the neighborhood and will be enforced with the use of noise detection devices

If bringing a pet, pets are not on allowed on the furniture or the bed.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $39 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. The damage waiver does not cover extra cleaning fee.
