The Space:

This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed to be a contemporary art gallery, creating an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere. Upon entering, you are greeted by an expansive open floor plan that emphasizes light and space. High ceilings and large windows flood the area with natural light, while polished hardwood floors provide a sleek, modern foundation. The main living area on the second floor serves as a versatile exhibition space, showcasing a curated selection of artwork against minimalist white walls.



Each bedroom is designed as a tranquil retreat, reflecting the clean lines and serene aesthetics of an art studio. With a famous traffic circle and fountain at its center, the Dupont Circle neighborhood has been a vital DC community since the late 19th century, and continues to be a hot spot for residents and visitors of all ages. Stroll to Emissary to enjoy a latte or craft cocktail. Getting there is easy. Take the Metro to the Red Line stop, ride the Dupont Circle-Georgetown-Rosslyn DC Circulator bus route, use Capital Bikeshare or walk.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.



Parking Information

Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. Pet Policy

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.



Fireplace

The fireplace is a charming decorative feature, meant to add ambiance rather than be used.
