“The room was presentable and updated and it was comfortable to stay in. We got charged 10 dollars for early check in and 25 dollars a night for a crib. The clerk at the front desk seemed frustrated with simple requests for items like utensils, napkins, and a room fan, so that did detract from the stay. Our room had air conditioning but our parents did not. Overall, it was an affordable option the night before a cruise and the room was spacious and comfortable but customer service was not great. ”

“Lo abbiamo scelto per il nostro soggiorno di 3 notti ad LA. Si trova in una zona distante dal centro, ma vicino ad un grande centro commerciale all’aperto dal “CITADEL” che dentro ha servizi e negozi.
Nell’hotel si trova un casinó e quindi è pieno di vita, ma una volta salito in stanza, tutta la confusione si è per magia tolta. Ottima insonorizzazione ed ottimo materasso.
Non rifanno le stanze, o non così spesso come in Italia, quindi visto che so come ragionano all’estero su queste cose, ho...

“La pulizia in una camera non era stata fatta. Il personale alla reception era sbrigativo e poco accogliente. Il ristorante per cena e colazione pessimo.
La struttura e' bellissima e in posizione ottima per l'aeroporto, ma la qualità, rispetto al passato, è scesa moltissimo in proporzione al prezzo che si paga. È un buon hotel 4 stelle, ma il costo (delle camere, del parcheggio) è sproporzionato a come viene gestito. ”
