“Il servizio shuttle è stato pessimo. L’autista scortese e pulmino strapieno. L’addetta alla reception molto scortese”

“La pulizia in una camera non era stata fatta. Il personale alla reception era sbrigativo e poco accogliente. Il ristorante per cena e colazione pessimo. La struttura e' bellissima e in posizione ottima per l'aeroporto, ma la qualità, rispetto al passato, è scesa moltissimo in proporzione al prezzo che si paga. È un buon hotel 4 stelle, ma il costo (delle camere, del parcheggio) è sproporzionato a come viene gestito. ”

“So flight was cancelled next flight out was a day later; so I called Expedia they tried to refund the money but radio-silence from management. I can understands if someone cancels but the fact that we were forced to miss that reservation due to issues out of our control and management without compassion or understanding shows that once they have your money they really don’t care is something quite telling.”

“Parking was easy! Room was clean. The lights flickered which was annoying.”

“Hotel vicino all aeroporto quindi comodissimo per passare una notte tra un volo e l altro. La colazione buona e varia. Ottimo il servizio navetta da e per l aeroporto 24 h/24 h ogni 30 minuti. ”

“The hotel was nice however there’s a few things i would change like the hours of the pool time if people are on vacation they’ll want to swim at least until midnight. The restaurant closed at 10 which is really early. Need more outdoor games. ”
