“The property is very dated, old and not to the standards of what we expected of a Ritz Carlton in a city like Washington DC.”

“The best thing about the property is the location. The best way to describe the room is plastic. The bath/shower controls were dirty and the control for the bathtub was missing. The A/C was fine and the bed fairly comfortable. The cost of the room was outrageous as a result of the timing; it was Georgetown University's graduation weekend. There were 2 bottles of water, coffee and tea available downstairs and no bathroom amenities.”
