“Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and location was great for exploring both Covington and Cincinnati. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. Despite a couple glitches in our stay, the night manager was quick to address our issues and resolve them more than satisfactorily ”

“The checking was kind of challenging because of the roundabouts around the hotel it's easy to miss where you pull in and have to go all the way back around I thought the hotel had parking but it turns out they share a space what they health officer something so you have to pay an additional $15 to park and then you have to get some type of ticket anytime you take your car in and out the garage it was a problem with my TV I could not get it to turn on to the channels there was no signal I called...

“This hotel is located near the Connector line and walkable to quite a few tourist spots. The breakfast had reasonable options and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the downstairs space, which included a pool table and pool. We only wished the water pressure and temp was a little more/hotter and our room hadn't been cleaned/disturbed since we left the hanger on the door asking for no disruption. (we had a short visit)”

“Check-in was smooth and professional. The room was clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning the room every day. However, the air conditioner system was quite a bit louder than expected. The hotel had a pool, but was smaller than the pictures made it look, was surprisingly quite cold, and there was no hot tub (note that hotel does not advertise having a hot tub). “I booked this hotel because it advertised an indoor pool. We went with a group of over 10 people planning to enjoy it, but when we arrived, they told us it doesn’t exist. This is misleading information and very disappointing.”
