“This house/cabin was absolutely fabulous! Everything was squeaky clean and the solar energy through the windows was wonderful. The in floor heating and energy efficiency made the cool outside tolerable. The view of the Fall foliage and surrounding gardens were heavenly. The hosts were very responsive to our requests and encouraged us to self tour the farm: healthy goats, chickens, pigs and cows; even an on-site store to purchase fresh meat, vegetables and other delectable. “The room was clean and came with some silverware, bowls and a pot for cooking ! The grill worked great as well. With there only being 3 cabins tucked in there it was very quiet which I loved. We had neighbors at both cabins but never came in contact with them honestly. The hot tub was my go to place while my boyfriend was turkey hunting. The hosts were super easy to get in touch with and they responded very quickly! ”

“Great location in Morrisville - allowed easy access to Hardwick (for dinner at Cork and Fork - excellent), Stowe (for skiing), and Waterbury (also for skiing at Bolton).We stayed in winter, so campground is closed - we had the place to ourselves and could walk the dog down along the river - very peaceful.”

“Great location for our recent friends get together! The outdoor area was perfect with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The cabins were perfect for what we needed, cozy but the kitchens had everything we needed. Everyone commented how these were perfect for the event! Definitely recommend!”

“The cabin was nice ,well set up . We did not use the community hot tube or sauna. The sleeping loft was tough to get temperature regulated so it was uncomfortable sleeping to hot and humid up there. We had the ceiling fan on and the air conditioning vents on. Still not enough. Besides that nice place great views nice location.”
