I rented this house for our family vacation. It was in the center location for us to go to Brownstone adventure sports park & Lake Compounce both were about 30mins away. The bedrooms were spacious, the bathrooms had cute shampoo & conditioner bottles provided with a big rain shower head that also had the handheld sprayer, it was nice but I didn't thing the water was hard enough but the handheld made it better. The upstairs was a little wonky with a long hallway & a bit of a slope going into the office through to the master. The attached garage was converted to a game room with hottub which my 3 boys loved. It was the main reason they wanted to stay. The backyard is mostly fenced but looked like someone removed the gate from the driveway. The houses in the neighborhood were all very big & old they seemed a little rundown but wasn't bad. One thing I would suggest for the owner(not to sound mean)to install a vent fan in the garage, there was a crazy smell of chlorine for the hot tub. My husband & I hung out there one night with the boys, playing games & ended up with a sore throat a the next morning. But all in all it was a great time .
