“Leelee A+ I have no complaint. The staff was wonderful guest was plea. Khadijah, Desk-Clerk, phenomenal. She was patient and helped us as we were in a crunch, leaving the Albany hotel, which was a horrible stay and definitely needed somewhere to stay for the last four or five days while we were in New York, kudos to her! please give that young lady some praises.”

“The pictures are deceptive and not worth the money for the daily rates. Staff are not warm and welcoming after an exhausting trip and rooms are were a complete let down. No signage throughout the hotel to expedite the ease of locating rooms and amenities. No one is greeting guests at the front desk and staff are everywhere except at their designated stations. Upon checking out there is no acknowledgement for your presence and money spent. We do not recommend this location if customer service is...
