“If you need a home-away-from-home in Troy, the Wingate is the spot. From the front desk crew (who are basically hospitality superheroes in business-casual) to the maintenance team (fast, friendly, and apparently part-time magicians) to the cleaning staff (absolute angels walking the earth), everyone here treats you with kindness, patience, and zero judgment — even when your friends leave your room looking like a tornado with commitment issues.
