“Camere pulite e spaziose. Struttura essenziale ma la colazione (per noi italiani) è decisamente da rivedere.”

“DONT STAY HERE, during the stay the bed had bed bugs, I had beg bug bits on my arm and my partner had it on her leg, the bites were in a curved shape and we even had pictures of it, she even had to throw out all her clothes that was in the luggage, staff agreed to refund us but after we left they changed their words and said they only agreed to partial refund. absolutely crazy.”

“Hotel in una posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla stazione metro R che va’ diretta in centro ( Time square) . La colazione buona, le camere per una famiglia di 4 persone sono piccole mentre il bagno è grande con una doccia comodissima .Sicuramente lo consiglio .”

“Town Suites was very clean. Comfortable beds. Wonderful water pressure in shower which is not always the case at hotels. Friendly staff. Near the subway so traveling to Manhattan was convenient. We had delicious meals at nearby restaurants. Quiet hotel during our stay so very relaxing while we were there. ”

La notte devi scegliere se dormire o avere freddo perché se accendi l’aria condizionata non dormi per il rumore assurdo delle macchine, in qualsiasi stanza, visto che ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare dopo la prima notte per i rumori esterni assurdi. Pulizia scarsa, ho trovato delle unghia tagliate nel bagno. Mai avuto una esperienza così negativa ”

“This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy.”

“Al primo impatto la location è sembrata al di sotto delle aspettative, eravamo stanchi dal viaggio di ritorno dalle cascate del Niagara.In stanza non è presente nessun armadio ci sono solo 4 stampelle! Il pagamento era stato eseguito con una prepagata in Italia mesi prima. Mi sono portato una carta di credito che non coincideva con quella in loro possesso, così mi hanno stornato quanto pagato prima e hanno accreditato sulla carta di credito, facendomi ripagare la quota che la banca prende al...

“The hotel was poor. My room was so incredibly small that I had to open my suitcase in the bathroom (paradoxically pretty large). There was a folded desk but there was litteraly no space to open it so it only served as night table. I could hardly walk in the room. Open the door, two steps leading to the bathroom and the rest of the space was the bed. there was a night lamp but since there was only one plug if i wanted to recharge my phone I had to unplug the lamp.
