“Upon arriving at the hotel, we had to wait 15 minutes for shift change. Once somebody finally arrived, we got checked in and tried to find the room and we greeted by police officers asking us what we were doing there. We said we were gonna stay for the weekend and they told us that we should leave and find another hotel. They were in the process of arresting someone and towing a vehicle. It smelled like marijuana all over even though there were signs that said 100% smoke free zone. We laughed...

“One of our bedside tables had dried used contacts stuck to them. Clearly the staff forgot to clean the tables. Our room had us up all night because the room above us - anytime they moved all we could hear were squeaky floors like we were staying in an old war home. When I brought both issues up to the staff they said on that’s horrible and then offered no solutions.”

“I didn't personally stay at this hotel but I got feedback from my son and his father. They said the property, building itself was clean but not in a very nice clean area. Abandoned buildings and burnt down hotel nest to it. The hotel smelled fine but the room didn't smell the greatest. Old carpet flooring everywhere and in the rooms the carpets were dingy and stinky. “Older hotel but clean. Staff was friendly. They had a large fire earlier and I’m sure it hurts the attraction when driving by. It did not affect my stay at all.”

“The room was perfect, it was clean and spacious with everything you would need. Check-in was a piece of cake, and staff member Theresa in particular was awesome. She was so welcoming and able to tell us so much about the city. We will definitely be back! ”

“This was our first experience at such an intimate B&B. I can’t imagine a better experience than what Dora provided for us. We were greeted with bowls of amazing chicken soup and crusty bread.. so thoughtful as she knew just we needed after a long chilly drive. We had a great evening enjoying the beautiful B&B.
