“Everything from arrival to check out was brilliant, the staff are amazing, the spa was so relaxing as were the treatments, room was gorgeous and spotlessly clean and hot tub on the balcony was awesome, bar areas and service were fantastic and visit to Mizumi restaurant is recommended, location is fabulous - overall we had a great stay and will be visiting again ”

“The hotel was beautiful and all the wonderful festive decorations made it feel very special. Bar staff were wonderful. I loved sipping my gin by the warm crackling fire place. The breakfast room was wonderful with lovely views of the snowy mountain tops. Great selection available for breakfast. My Eggs Royal were lovely, thank you for our amazing stay! Easy walk into Bowness for the shops, bars, pubs and restaurants. Great base to explore the beautiful Lake District. Would happily stay here again.”
