Hotel vicino a Waterview Trail Trailhead - Oro-Medonte

“When we called ahead of time, we had asked for an early check-in and a crib. The staff were super helpful and said they would do their best, which we completely understand, as it was out of their control. When we arrived at the hotel, the floors were not vacuumed, and there was no crib. It smelled like cigarettes and dog. After waiting at the front desk for extra sheets and towels, the only staff member had to go to the other end of the building to retrieve them after assisting other clients...

“Toilet seats were too low. Told them at checkout and was told that they hear that all the time. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. Didn’t appreciate getting a text at 8:04 am asking us how our stay was. Free breakfast was great.”

“The room was very spacious and clean. The coffee, however, was terrible. They could use new coffee makers and decent coffee, like a Keurig Kcup machine. Also the walls are paper-thin, so you can hear your next door neighbours if they are not considered of other guests.”
