“The one complaint that I have is that there was no daily servicing by housekeeping. Within a four night stay the trash was removed once and the bath linen was replaced once. The beds were never made. There was no door hanger to request service. This seems like such a basic service that a guest should not have to request. Our days were very long, returning quite late. The last thing I wanted to do was to stall going to bed while awaiting service when housekeeping is no longer available. ”

“I saw a lot of ppl calling to complain about the $250 credit hold. I’m not gonna lie and say when I saw they held this much per stay that I was honestly ready to cancel my reservation because I never stayed somewhere that held that much and ppl seemed to be waiting a long time to get it back but mine came back quickly and I enjoyed my nightly stay! Comfortable ”

“Bathroom Could’ve Been Way Cleaner & Better, No Blinds In My Room So The Outside Light Just Came Through All Night With That Thin Ass Curtain. Breakfast Was Cool, Plenty Of Parking, Party Was Happening Right In The Next Room So My Kids Couldn’t Sleep. The Doors & Walls Are Thin AF So You Hear Everything & At One Point I Thought Somebody Was Trying Come Into Our Room But They Were Just Going Into Their Room. Overall Will Not Stay Again.”

“The rooms are renovated. They have no carpet on the floors now. So when your searching for a great room or place to stay you expect things to look the same as what your looking at. So I think you should show the rooms as they are. Overall it was a good place to stay. But for house keeping they need to announce their selves when at the door or coming inside a room. I order a set of towels and wash clothes. They knocked on the door lightly and placed the towels on the door handle. And before that...

“Roach was in my room, lady that worked there said she’s lived with roaches. Then told me I’d better be glad it wasn’t a bed bug.”

“Property is in excellent condition and in a quiet section of Bowie, MD. The staff were inviting and helpful. The lobby has a bar and vast eating/sitting area. The pool is small, but there is a pool; thankfully, we were the only ones occupying it. The hotel is in close proximity to a vast selection of eateries. There is no reason not to stay here, when in the area. ”

“They only have WiFi now if you're a Windham rewards member. There's only 1 major coffee machine now. None of the rooms have coffee machines anymore.”

I have stated here before several months ago and l Actually enjoyed it that’s why l was okay with reserving an stay at the establishment again However this Stay was Awful and l had Family in town from another state they was Disappointed Displeased and unhappy. I did find out however it’s under new management so maybe that’s why the Stay Was As Pleasant as the First Stay. I Will Never tell anyone Nor will l Stay at Woodsprings Inn Suites Again.
