Case in affitto a Watkinsville

“Nice new house. Very clean. Good quiet location. Lots of amenities. We very much enjoyed our stay. ”

“Great place in proximity to EVERYTHING! Will be back often.”

“This is a perfect home away from home...it is truly cozy as the name says and the artwork and murals are beautiful. It is on a quiet street but very accessible to downtown, trails, and the UGA campus. My only regret was not being able to spend more time in the house due to my daughter's UGA orientation schedule. We would definitely stay again!”

“Great place and great location! Very clean and comfortable!”

“House checked the box for a quick overnight stay. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of linens. NO linens provided for sofa bed or rollaway. Some of the beds didn’t have real sleeping pillows either only small decorative ones. If owner beefed up the linen situation it would have been a much better stay. Needed more towels as well. Messaged about needing more linens and received no response back.”

“Everything was perfect, Thank you!!”

“The house is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to shopping, restaurants and UGA. The house was very comfortable with a large back patio. Of the 3 bedrooms only 1 has a closet and only 1 bedroom had a bench where a suitcase could be placed. A couple of luggage racks and maybe over the door hanging rack would help. One bedroom, not the bedroom with the closet, had an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms shared a large hall bath. We managed just fine with the closet situation, but...

“Great location and the host was responsive to our questions.”

“Beautiful property! Very nicely updated and great location. Perfect for a big family trip.”

“Had a wonderful stay in Athens this weekend. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 as we celebrated our oldest’s graduation from UGA. We had my 82 year old mother with us so we needed space that was quiet and comfortable. It was a busy few days and having such a great “home base” was incredibly helpful. Because of the crowds downtown we ate at home for all our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. He had everything we needed. We loved the backyard area - enjoying a cocktail in the evening...

“Clean house. Good amenities. Close to campus. ”
