“This was our second time staying at the Lenoir Cottage. It's hard to beat for location, and we appreciate the quirkiness older properties have. Lots of room for everyone to hang out together in the main room, but also very easy for the family to spread out and find their own space when needed. ”

“Check-in was a breeze. The house and property could use a deep cleaning practically in the vents. Worked well for our family of five where we could attend baseball tournament in the area and I could still work remotely. Loved all the deer coming to visit us.”

“We had booked another place and ended up double booked so needed to find something pretty quickly for our graduation company. I cannot say enough nice tjings about how our stay went. The hostess was super quick to respond and very helpful. Everything was very clean and plenty of space for our crew. I would highly recommend staying here and will use again in the future. “Had a wonderful stay in Athens this weekend. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 as we celebrated our oldest’s graduation from UGA. We had my 82 year old mother with us so we needed space that was quiet and comfortable. It was a busy few days and having such a great “home base” was incredibly helpful. Because of the crowds downtown we ate at home for all our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. He had everything we needed. We loved the backyard area - enjoying a cocktail in the evening...

“Close to Target and numerous dining options ”

“House checked the box for a quick overnight stay. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of linens. NO linens provided for sofa bed or rollaway. Some of the beds didn’t have real sleeping pillows either only small decorative ones. If owner beefed up the linen situation it would have been a much better stay. Needed more towels as well. Messaged about needing more linens and received no response back.”
