Hotel vicino a Watson's Mill - Ottawa

“Ok, to be fair I stayed here for my son's fitness race, not to gamble. The rooms are ok, beds not super comfy, I am a plush bed girl though. You should not have to walk through casino security to access the hotel. Everytime my son got I'D, and I would have my water bottle inspected. When we checked in, the guy was sighing and seemed visibly irritated. We checked out late, we're told our room was non refundable, which was true, but they wouldn't entertain a partial refund, we checked out at 1:30....

“Only stayed for one night, but the room was nice and clean. The grounds were well maintained and the room was quiet. I would definitely stay again.”

“Overall good but cleaning of rooms should be on a daily basis instead of every other day. The free breakfast was also a bit of a chaos as they were frequently running out of items and were struggling to replenish”

“Esperienza TERRIBILE!!! Un uomo della manutenzione é entrato in camera (anche se chiusa) senza bussare o chiedere, mentre io e mia moglie eravamo a letto!!! Abbiamo urlato e io in mutande gli ho gridato di uscire, lui ha solo detto “OPS CAMERA SBAGLIATA” in reception ,i aspettavo delle scuse invece mi hanno solo detto “ah si lavora qui in hotel come manutentore, ha sbagliato camera””

“Room was clean. But in terms of amenities, it lacks basic things, for example, they provide only two water bottles (500ml each) for your entire duration. Not sure if it is normal but doesn't make sense to me...Also the front desk's response for everything was "NO", its like by default they are programmed to say NO to everything.”

“Everyone was accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. On site restaurant was amazing. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.”
