“We had a great stay at this condo. The location is ideal with an incredible ocean view, close to the pool but you can't hear pool noise, a quick walk to the lobby and restaurant. Everything was up to date and aesthetically pleasing, phone chargers built into the side tables, new and large TVs downstairs and in the master bedroom were nice. In house laundry is handy and worked great. Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I would mention is that there weren't extra trash...

Covered parking was available at the rear of the unit; on street parking was also available. The neighborhood was quiet, close to freeway and easily accessible to shopping, attractions, etc. Communication with the owner was convenient and prompt. I would highly recommend this unit!”

“I stayed at this property with my son and little dog for several days in April, so “slightly offseason.” The location is great—easily walkable to the main beach and the shops and restaurants of Capitola, and a 15-minute drive to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. We also appreciated the convenient off-street parking.”

“The place is gorgeous. The owners have first class taste in how the unit is decorated. The location is perfect. Since this is a private rental, there are very few amenities. No spa treatments, gym, bonfires, rides to the beach, beach towels etc. We were okay with this because we love seascape and the price is reasonable.
