  • Enjoy what this beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has to offer! Welcome to where coastal living meets modern comfort. With 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, guests can comfortably unwind after a day of exploring. Condo has high speed internet service and secure WiFi with streaming services accessible in each bedroom as well as the living room. The 2 updated bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and shower. Our place will help you feel at home while relaxing at your own personal beach, or exploring the other local surrounding beachside communities of Santa Cruz, Monterey, Capitola, Carmel and nearby Pebble Beach.

    This ground-level gem features an ideal floor plan, complete with a thoughtfully designed kitchen equipped with Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and of course both a conventional coffee maker as well as a Keurig stocked with our favorite coffees to enjoy on the deck while listening to the waves. Picture yourself enjoying peaceful days in the sand, and evenings by the cozy fireplace. The condo was super comfortable and incredibly easy to get to the beach. The beds were clean and my kids said “best sleep of their lives.” Absolutely loved hearing the ocean waves while we slept! Plan on staying again!

Rented for my daughter's college graduation at nearby college. Perfect location, enjoyed walking on the beach nightly since it is just steps from the front door. Enjoyed listening to the waves crashing at night. Everyone in my family loved staying at the Pajaro Resort and talked about booking another trip before summer ends.

This was our first Vrbo experience and honestly it set the bar impossibly high. From the moment we walked in, it felt more like home than our actual home, cozy, immaculately clean, and so peaceful. Everything worked perfectly, not a single hiccup the entire stay. The beach was beautiful and the wildlife around the property was something else, the kind of thing you don’t forget. My family and I are already talking about coming back. If you’re on the fence, don’t be, just book it.

You honestly can’t beat the location for the price. Direct access to a private beach was awesome. The beds were awful, you could feel every spring and some upgraded sheets that don’t feel like paper would help with the experience. Also the oven has to be from the 70s when the place was built and one of the burners is broken. Just some basic things that would improve the experience and make you feel good about spending the money

Perfect location for our girl get away! Loved the uncrowded beach and super quiet condo. Really close access to the beach and just a short drive to Apros, Capitola, and Santa Cruz! As mentioned in other reviews, the shower can be difficult to access if you have limited mobility. Really enjoyed using the pickleball courts. The carts available to load your stuff in and out was awesome! Host was super responsive, friendly and helpful!! Thanks for a super relaxing week!

We loved our stay at Pajaro Dunes. The condo was absolutely clean and fresh. Everything we needed in the home was easily accessible and just steps away from beach access. Our communication with the host was AMAZING from day one until our very last day. We look forward to staying here for our upcoming trips at Pajaro Dunes. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Our family had a fantastic stay at Mat and Leticia’s condo! We are a family of five and it had everything we needed for our stay. We loved being within steps of the beach, and Monterey is only about 30 mins away, so it was an easy drive to visit the aquarium and go kayaking. We had a beach bonfire every night and even saw whales from the shoreline. It’s a gated community and the security guards were friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

Cozy condo on the beach. Well stocked and perfect for a comfortable stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Mini fridge in the dining room was nice. Washer and dryer inside the condo with detergent and softener to do laundry was a huge plus. Bathrooms were stocked with enough towels and toilet paper. Beach chairs were a nice surprise. Grill was clean and propane was provided which was great for burgers. Condo was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!
