“Beds were full of stains, bed bugs, grass pressed in between the sheet and blankets. We never took our bags off the cart, got our money back immediately. The front desk person never even apologized or anything, they just said "we'll give you your money back" that was it, no sorry for your inconvenience, no nothing. There was a strange odor in the building, don't know what it was. Terrible experience, and we got out of there as quickly as we could. ”

“Hotel room was clean enough but very outdated and worn. The shower creaks while you stand in it and is very stained. There is also a gap that runs around the shower and had not been cleaned ( noticeable dirt). Toilet makes noises all night long off and on. Air unit works, bit is old and also makes odd noises during the night. Fridge worked well and bed was comfortable enough.”

“The property was in a beautiful location! The construction was a little disappointing as it took 13 minutes to get to the casino you can see from the parking lot. We had a few issues with housekeeping and the parking is pretty sparse. Overall, we would stay again.”

“This is an absolutely excellent place to spend the night. It's away from traffic, quiet and secure. The year is green grass and lovely flowers. I stayed above the garage in a spacious and comfortable room. This will be my first choice on the next visit to Marquette.”

“Good location. Didn’t get the room we booked because they over booked. No one was at the office on the property at check in. Text us another room number and the code to lock box. It had no key in it. So had to call again and she gave us another room. So was just a little frustrated.”

“The lodging in Decorah is limited and the Quality Inn is a solid, affordable option. This is a good quality, basic, budget hotel. The rooms have been updated and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot with good water pressure. Rooms include a refrigerator and microwave for saving and reheating your leftover Mabe’s Pizza. The indoor pool was small but clean. The A/C was loud but consistent white noise instead of the common issue of continuously turning on and off all night....

“Veterans owners. It looks like they take pride in their business. The room was clean. The property was clean. The only downside was the train track was across the street. However, they did have earplugs in the office.”
