Plenty of Bluegills & Crappies to cast a line for. There is a state fish hatchery 4 miles down the road. Tours of the chain of lakes on the Chief Waupaca. Take a drive thru the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King or spend the day at Strawberry fest in downtown Waupaca. We are located in some of the best deer hunting in the state. Our house has brand new appliances including washer and dryer and WiFi. A canoe and paddle boat are included along with a gas fire pit and a wood fire pit for your relaxation.

This location worked perfectly for family event at Camp Elsewhere. Comfortable interior, great amenities for exterior: private pier on small lake, canoe & paddleboat, 2 fire pits & grill. Screened porch.

What a beautiful setting for a stay by a crystal clear lake! You can tell the owners take great pride in the place. They have planted lots of flowers and the trees are much more full grown then in the photo. Firepit. A couple sets of Adirondack chairs spot the hillside. Inside was spacious and clean and modern. Will stay here again! Visited mid-August, 2025.

Beautiful and peaceful space on a small quiet lake. Brian curated the space perfectly for a weekend away and was extremely quick and helpful with his communication throughout the duration of our stay!

Very nice home with two separate bedrooms including a bathroom each, like California split, a super comfortable futon, and a roll out bed. Nice dining room table for eating and playing cards and games. Large refrigerator and everything you need is in the kitchen.Washer and dryer with soap provided. All the linens and towels were pristine and everything was very clean. Great screened in porch, nice comfy furniture, lots of room everywhere. We will definitely go back!

Great property

We had a great time with so many things to enjoy on the property. We had a question about a boat landing and the owners got back to us right away. Next time we'll take in the water skiing show that is in king about 10 mins away. The place is much bigger than you expect and the views are amazing we'll definitely be back.

Wonderful Weekend!

We had an amazing time. The space was a lot larger than we anticipated and that was very nice. It is very comfortable and has everything for a rural getaway. The space was very clean and the pictures don't do it justice. We will be back!

Very nice!

Clean, comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. Boys enjoyed very much. Had cousins and their families over for an evening in the yard, grilled, bonfire, screened porch and everyone enjoyed the setting and atmosphere very much.

Beautiful quaint, quiet stay

The house was clean and freshly updated with flooring, appliances, and fixtures. Plenty of room and everything was ready or many activities. Good proximity to the Waupaca chain of Lakes.
