“Nice easy check in process. Front desk staff was excellent. Room was very clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and shower was great. Small honor system store onsite with to go snacks and drinks. Small restaurant/bar and breakfast location was convenient. Tons of stores and things to do in Natick, convenient location on Route 9. Would highly recommend and return for future visits, well priced. ”

The renovated room was great with nice floor finish, contemporary style, comfortable beds and pillows, nice toiletries in bathroom, a desk with chair which is a must. Would stay here for several more years to come.”

“Nice place when looking for a quick sleep when driving long distance or a short stay place if looking for some private time with a friend. Nothing fancy. Not luxury in any way, but staff are very nice/competent and the room was very clean. Window shades and air conditioner/heater could use an upgrade.
Some of the other clientele seemed a bit sketchy, but no obvious drug dealers or other problematic people were seen. Just people with bad teeth smoking weed on the porch and drinking wine-...

In cucina c'era solo una pentola, 2 piatti, 1 forchetta e 2 coltelli.Abbiamo dovuto scendere in portineria e chiedere lenzuola, asciugamani, pentole e due sedie.Nel secchiello della spazzatura c'erano ancora le immondizie dei precedenti clienti che abbiamo consegnato noi in portineria....

Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera.
