“Abbiamo prenotatoto una stanza quadrupla con angolo cottura, ma dentro c'era una sola sedia, un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale chiuso e senza lenzuola. Gli asciugamani erano solo per 2 persone. In cucina c'era solo una pentola, 2 piatti, 1 forchetta e 2 coltelli.Abbiamo dovuto scendere in portineria e chiedere lenzuola, asciugamani, pentole e due sedie.Nel secchiello della spazzatura c'erano ancora le immondizie dei precedenti clienti che abbiamo consegnato noi in portineria....

We were given a warm welcome when we arrived, provided with lots of information about Waltham. Located near shops and restaurants and on a walking trail along the Charles River. Highly recommend and would stay here again. ”
