PET POLICY:
* We welcome pets with the following conditions:
~ dogs only (2 max.)
~ 50 pounds max. each
~ a nonrefundable, one-time Pet Fee of $50 is required (please engage the "pet toggle" when booking)
~ must be house broken/house trained
~ waste disposed of properly
~ must be supervised both inside and outside (guests assume all responsibility for dog safety)
~ not to be left alone in house unless crated
~ must stay off furniture
~ the yard is fenced, but we do not guarantee that a determined pet cannot escape, nor that a stray animal cannot enter
~additional cleaning and/or treatment fees may be assessed with evidence of solid flooring/furniture or presence of fleas
~guests assume all responsibility for damage caused by pets to the house, its contents, or the property
