“The stay was great the only thing that was a problem was the tv was not working properly we had to get help the first day and every day after to get it to work. We had to keep turning it off and on to get it to work properly, and for the amount of money we spent everything should’ve been working properly.”

“Our room was not clean, and some parts had clearly not been cleaned or maintained for some time. There were large scuffs/dirt in the main part of the hotel room, spots/stains on the wall above the bathroom trash can, and a Cheeto on the bathroom floor. The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower was nearly empty and not labeled. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others based on the cleanliness of the room itself. We've stayed in less expensive hotels with significantly higher...

“We stayed two non-consecutive nights. One on our way to our destination and the next on our return trip. On 5/28/26 we stopped on our drive to Florida. We were surprised with the room, it was very clean, quiet, and the A/C worked fine to remove the humidity which during this time was more important than cooling the room. The main building with reception and dining (breakfast) area was also very nice. The grounds are well maintained and the parking lot has a fence. I felt secure taking my dog out...

“It was a lovely stay. The coffee and tea bar was lovely. The pool area (even in the rain) was delightful. The breakfast was phenomenal for a complimentary meal. The only issue we had in our room was a refrigerator that did not cool and the shower was a wee bit wonky. The staff was friendly and so helpful. Shout out to Melissa and Haley at the front desk, and Nicky in the breakfast room.”
