“There was no WiFi. There wasn’t a coffee maker or cups. When checking out, the woman behind the glass said that the Health Department instructed them to remove cups and coffee makers and irons. I didn’t understand this. I could not get into the lobby: it was locked. I had to do everything through a teller-like window. This made me think that this was not a safe place. I expected much better from a Wyndham-sponsored hotel and was very disappointed. The beds were clean. The woman was nice.”

“Great location off the interstate. Welcoming staff, very helpful at check in, clean room on the lower level with fridge stove top sofa and large shower, breakfast the next morning was very good, we would stay again.”

“I would not recommend staying at Suburban Studios Slidell. The room was extremely dirty from the moment I walked in. The floors were visibly stained and felt unclean, and the bathtub was downright nasty, something you would not even want to step into. There were bugs in the room, which made the whole experience even worse. The condition of the property overall felt neglected. The paint jobs looked rushed and shoddy, with visible wear and poor maintenance throughout. The bathroom was very small...

“Great place to stay. My only complaint is that the rooms dont have enough light in them. Also, the walls are thin so whenever someone closed their room door it was loud and sound like it was right next to us.”

“ We were very disappointed that the pool was not working and was not told at the time of booking. We had to get them in the fix the air conditioner and spray for little black bugs. We had to keep adjusting the air ourselves to keep it running. The bathroom floor looked like it had not been mopped. Breakfast was ok, location was good. ”

“They pay a lot of attention to cleanliness, the housekeeping staff does a very good job. Amenities are very basic but sufficient, the free breakfast was improved to add toaster waffles but there is no protein (but there a Waffle House only steps away). Convenient location to I-10 and to the Slidell Old Town and city center (7-8 minutes away). Good value for the price.”
