It Was Fantastic

Travelling with 5 other couples for a few days tour Brussels and Dinant in Belgium, we stayed for 2 nights in Stany's wonderful home........It was GREAT!!!!!!

Wedding guest accommodation

A very comfortable and spacious house with super outside facilities and a friendly and effecient host.We had good weather throughout our stay and we made extensive use of the pool and hot tub, which the children especially enjoyed. Joined by another family , we had a memorable bbq one evening for 20 guests and the Weber grill and kitchen facilities coped easily. In summary, all had a most enjoyable stay.

Nice Villa near to Brussels

We really had a nice Weekend in the Villa. We enjoyed the time in the garden and in the pool. The Villa is also Not far away from Brussel, Gent or Dinat. Ideal for a daily trip.

Visit with friends

We visited as a party of 11 adults and the villa was perfect for our needs. Stany was a great host who greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. He also explained how to use the facilities properly. The villa was large and in a secluded location. There is a restaurant and cafe down the road but apart from that you will need to travel by car. We did struggle to get taxis at times so it is recommended to rent a car or minivan to drive. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space was also fantastic. This included a gas barbecue with gas provided. The beds were comfortable and the indoor living spaces were well presented. In the main bedroom there is an older shower, which was not the best. The owner did say this was 25yrs old however and would be replacing it soon. Overall, a fantastic stay! Great communication with the host throughout. Thank you!

Loves the property close to Brussels. The manager was very helpful. the pool and hot tub where a big success for the kids but the house was not clean we mopped and wiped before enjoying our stay

Geweldige ervaring

De villa is zeer ruim met genoeg kamers voor ons reisgezelschap van 10. De ontvangst was super en de jacuzzi is een genot. De host is zeer vriendelijk en je kon alles vragen. Ook is er een bbq op gas beschikbaar en kon je gebruik maken van alle keukengerei, handdoeken en tv met netflix. Qua locatie ligt het iets afgelegen, maar heerlijk rustig. Brussel ligt op 20 minuten rijden en de grootste supermarkt op 7 minuten rijden.

Sehr schönes Anwesen

Sehr zu empfehlen. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht - Pool, Whirlpool, Gasgrill, Liegen, Basketballkorb. Küche voll ausgestattet. Bei Fragen, hat der Vermieter entweder schnell geantwortet, oder kam persönlich vorbei. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Aussenanlage toll - Innen verwohnt

Wir haben mit neun Personen in diesem für 16 Personen ausgelegten Haus übernachtet. Leider hatten wir vier Tage fast ausschließlich schlechtes Wetter was dazu geführt hat das wir mit Ausnahmen nur im Inneren waren. Es gibt leider auf der großzügigen Terasse keinerlei Überdachungen sodass selbst bei gutem Wetter kein Sonnenschutz verfügbar ist (außer ein kleiner Sonnenschirm der fest an der Hauswand installiert ist) der Pool und der whirlpool waren super und haben für viel Spaß gesorgt. Die Aufteilung der Villa war etwas schwierig. Es gibt sechs Schlafzimmer davon drei Schlafzimmer mit einer Art Gallerie auf der jeweils weitere zwei Personen übernachten können was wird nicht nutzen wollten. Die badezimmer Situation war schwierig denn es gibt nur zwei duschen und zwei Toiletten separat von einander. Die Einrichtung generell ist mittlerweile überholt und teilweise kaputt. Kaffee Vollautomat, Spülmaschine und wasserkocher waren kaputt. TV-Programm auf deutsch nur öffentliche Sender (ZDF etc). Die Betten waren bequem allerdings mit 140 Breite etwas klein. Küche ansonsten gut der Essbereich und Wohnzimmer sehr großzügig außerdem gibt es im „Keller“ weitere Möglichkeiten zum waschen und kühlen von Getränken Die Lage ist okay - etwas außerhalb dadurch viel Ruhe aber auch schwierig um schnell einzukaufen Im grossen und ganzen eine nette Unterkunft die aber gut und gerne mal modernisiert werden könnte Der Host Stany sehr nett und unkompliziert vielen Dank dafür!

Excellent et parfait!

We, a family of 8 (adults, teenagers and kids) have rented this villa in end of August 2017. The villa is amazing (very big, very practical, very impressive) with all the possible facilities: extremely well equipped, including a superb kitchen, saloon, 6 large rooms, showers, baths. The external pool was lots of fun, and the Jacuzzi perfect. We had a hard time convincing the kids to go out, all they wanted is to stay home and enjoy. The house was very clean and our host, Stany made sure our stay was perfect: he waited for us to arrive until late at night, he made sure the kitchen and the refrigerator were with initial supply. Stany was very responsive and helpful with all of our requests and needs. I warmly recommend this rental. Hugo
