Carpets have mold smells and the ceilings show a history of leaking and lack of repairs. A/C extremely loud and not controllable.

“Beautiful 5-star Hotel very friendly & welcoming staff.Service was great overall.Especially the Manager,Evan Kidd, who was very kind always had a warm smile.However the restaurant needs improvement food-wasn’t hot enough the wait time was too long.
