“This owner is impossible to work with. VRBO actually investigated him and refunded us after he would not refund himself. There was no heat in the unit, only 2 small table top space heaters. Missing knobs on stove, fridge wobbled and could fall, upstairs bathroom drawers didn't exist just the front piece and when you pulled on it a hole was behind, one tea bag and an old powder creamer in "coffee bar", AND AN EXTREME SMELL OF URINE. I sent text messages to VRBO along with pictures of all this...

“This home is spectacular! Ideal location in the ‘little lakes’ adjacent to public land. We celebrated Thanksgiving and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. Bedrooms are spacious, kitchen/living room is quite large and setup perfectly. The soaking tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. My only nitpick is I wish the grill was propane, only because the temperature outside was in the 20s with 40mph wind. We had such a great stay! Little lakes holiday market was awesome!...
