“I personally enjoy staying at this hotel, and often recommend it. The staff have been friendly and helpful any time I've stayed. The elevators are quick and always in order. The rooms feel clean and fresh. I would say the rooms could potentially be incrementally cleaner, however I do residential cleaning for a living and tend to notice things most people might not (dust on an obscure surface or streaks on a mirror for example) and being aware they have a lot of rooms to clean, I do not expect...

“Breakfast was always good. Five days of goodliness. Staff was always cleaning vacated tables to insure the readiness for new users. Parking was quite adequate, both front and back of the hotel. Had a few issues with the digital key cards. Possibly because of card touching too close to my phone in my pocket, the cards failed to unlock our room door. “Very basic accommodation at a reasonable price”

“Heating/AC system did not work. Overnight we got insanely hot. Set the temp to 16°, yet woke up and it was 27° in the room. Other than that, it was great! Amazing pool, good room. Parking was expensive for just one night.”

“It was a nice updated hotel. The cable TV was clear, Nespresso machine, shampoo smelled nice and the room came with slippers which was a nice touch. There was no hand lotion or coffee in the lobby though which differs from other similar tiered hotels. However, it's just the trade offs between different hotels. ”
