“Waterslides were great, hotel was clean and staff were great. Rooms were on the smaller side, but looked newly renovated. Room doors got stuck occasionally, but not a big deal. Would come back for sure”

“The room was nice but the beds were very hard, lumpy, and both beds had squeaky springs. Every minor movement made loud creaking and it woke my baby up throughout the night. The pool heater and hottub jets were both broken. The staff were polite but also very pushy for us to purchase their private parkade parking, however we were fine on the street.”

“Stay there 5 days but nobdy clean the room when I ask the cleaner there for help she ask me what’s wrong with the room and I said it just mud on the floor she said me that here is broom and dustpan you can use !!!!!😑”

“Checkin took a long time ..15 minutes + Difficulty understanding my bookings ( had booked 4 nights online, then had added 1 on for beginning of stay) Keys not activated so had to call for access to underground parking Elevator not working from underground parkade so had to take stairs with luggage, then go to front desk to get keys activated Hallway floors pretty dusty … not vacuumed for awhile”

“The property was generally in very good condition and I had booked one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel. The room was spacious and in good working order however, one thing I did notice was cost cutting in terms of amenities within the hotel room. This was a large suite and did not have a bottle opener or really any other shampoos or lotions aside from the very basics that you would find in any cheap hotel room. This was a little disappointing however overall the hotel is still decent....
