“This property is super clean and comfy. There were all the amenities that we needed for our stay. Quiet street, quiet neighbors. Dog friendly with our own back yard. SO MUCH more pleasant than staying in a hotel room. Easy to get downtown, and you can stay off the highways (on Merrimon) for a lovely drive along Beaver Lake. We'll be back!”

“The location is peaceful and is around 10-15 minutes from downtown Ashville. It is an apartment, but there are just a few apartments and they aren't side by side, so the front porch is fairly private. I was just as happy there reading a book, watching the squirrels.as I was exploring downtown. The porch has a gate, so you can trap your furry friends with you while you enjoy nature. The apartment is decorated very cute and has all of the essentials. Including things like full bottles of shampoo,...

“It was a nice and spacious rental. Quiet street. Beds were comfortable. A very short drive to anything in Asheville. 3 nice breweries within a mile from the property. One of them has amazing BBQ. Riverside Rapsody Brewing. Beaver Lake and the botanical gardens were also very close and fun to explore. One thing I want to mention is the parking. There are 2 spots for guests with extra parking on the street. The 2 spots are not that large, though we were able to make the parking work....

“We enjoyed the property. However, there were some items that were not up to our satisfaction. The couch was pretty dated, sunken, and had an odor. The apartment was not well ventilated. The whole time we were there, it was dank, even after lifting the windows for a time and turning the air conditioning to 62. The bathroom light never went off. Also, the floor was sinking in the hallway leading to the bathroom. There were also issues with insects. I literally had a huge palmetto bug walk across...
