“The host responded quickly and communicated well. Definitely family-friendly and close to Joplin downtown. Lots of great places to eat nearby. They had a great binder with lots of details, even where the nearest storm shelter was. Much appreciated.”

“The tone of rules sent on check in day were quite abrasive. The instructions for entering the house could have been clearer. Once inside, we found the older home delightfully restored. It was very comfortable for our family and easy to find location. All bedrooms are upstairs so not great for older people.”

“The host was very helpful in accommodating us & the house was very spacious, beautiful & a good lay out throughout the property. It has a nice large fenced in backyard which is real nice in itself. If I had to make at least one dislike or something that I didn't like it would be that there was some large dog feces still left behind before us. We're major animal lovers & I'm pretty picky where my dogs walk at so I didn't get to bring them.but overall all of us was very pleased with the house. ”
