“We came in town for a hair class. Thought we would be able to walk to places to eat from the property but we could not. We were able to get an Uber, so that was nice. The house was set up differently than expected but it worked. It is a very drafty old house and the upstairs got FREEZING. The couch is not comfortable at all and I would not have wanted to sleep on it. There are no extras at this rental at all. Make sure to bring your own body wash. It also smells like pets.”

“We rented the home for a surprise 80th birthday party for my husband's mom. Everyone loved the house. We had great grandkids racing in the front yard and the older generation played hacky sack out back. There was plenty of room in the kitchen to prep the lunch and display the cake. Mama loved exploring the home and the little articles about the houses history. She loves old structures. A wonderful place for her party and great memories for all the family.”

“What a great place! We had a large group of 14-16 adults, 6 kids 2y-4y, and a 9y and 11y. Ample room for everyone to sleep and spread out! The pool was the center point hangout for the kids! My dad and brother enjoyed fishing with a couple of the grands and great grands. Beautiful right on the lake! The kitchen and common area were good places for all to gather, laugh, play games, and just talk. The kitchen itself was sparse on supplies but we made it work. The hot tub was pretty dirty so we...
