“For a nightly rate of $515 it would have been nice to have housekeeping services for the two nights. We were out of our room for 12 plus hours so by the time we got back to realize no one even attempted to clean the room or bring fresh towels it was too late to complain. ”

“My mistake, I didn’t realize there was no running water in the cute little room. A short walk to the showers and restrooms is not in my will power at 60+ years old. I called the owner and was seeking help. He laughed at me. He was very rude and didn’t have a solution. Not impressed with his lack of sympathy. He could have at least pretended to care about the situation. I was shocked at his response.”

“Worst smelling room ever! Smelled like dirty feet. The smell seemed to be coming from the A/C. Febreeze didn’t even help! We stayed because I had my 80 yr old mom with me and she needed to get to bed due to health issues and couldn’t go one more minute. When I complained to the front desk, she didn’t really seem to care.
