![It was built in 1693/94 by Johann Bernhard Fischer of Erlach for Ernst Rüdiger of Starhemberg under the name Jagdschloss Engelhartstetten. In 1725 the castle was purchased by Prince Eugene of Savoy . It received its present appearance under Maria Theresia around 1765 by the court architect Nikolaus Pacassi . The paintings of the Festaal are by Jean-Baptiste Pillement . From 1945 onwards there was an increasing decline of the castle. Since 1980, it has been restored and now serves as an exhibition and venue. In 2016 Schloss Niederweiden, for example, will be one of four locations of the exhibition on the centenary of the death of Emperor Franz Joseph . In the former Lustschlösschen of the Habsburgs exhibition shows on hunting and leisure are shown in the special show. Fin dal primo impatto con la receptionist abbiamo capito che avevamo fatto un'ottima scelta. La stanza era in perfetto ordine e non mancava di nulla... se non della porta della doccia. Splendido hotel di fronte all'aeroporto di Vienna. Forse un po' lento e macchinoso il check-in, ma ampi spazi comuni, bellissima camera con ottimo letto e bel bagno super attrezzato. Adina Apartment Hotel Vienna Belvedere
Camera molto confortevole e ben attrezzata. Il personale molto gentile. La posizione ben collegata con il centro. Solo il tempo ci ha deluso, si tornerà in estate!!!

Bell’hotel avevamo una camera al piano terra quindi difficilmente potevamo aprire le tende e finestre perche ci passavano davanti le persone e l’aria condizionata non c’era Comunque per il resto abbastanza pulita comodi i servizi alla Hall ed anche gli utensili da cucina
