I did a mattress check and it looked like a new mattress. Paint in the wall nice and it was clean. They came daily to change towels and small wipe through. So nothing like the bad reviews. The "amenities" are a joke—the front door didn't even open with my access card, and the staff was incredibly rude when I asked for help. The room smelled terrible, the appliances were ancient, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the tub leaked. Most importantly, as a solo traveler, I felt completely unsafe here. Do not let the pictures fool you; this place is a scam.”
