“Very nice, well taken care of. Comfortable bed abd spacious room, shower was large and had a great shower head. Had a great choice of breakfast foofs to choose from. Will use Comfort Inn & Suites again.”

“This was a terrible place to stay: we’d already paid for our stay and would have left if able. It took 4 days to get our sink to drain. The shower water pressure was very weak and it did not get repaired until day 4 of our stay. Found someone’s socks on a chair. Pool in disrepair and could not be used. Good coffee and breakfast. Staff was pleasant but unable to get fix-it staff to help with bathroom repairs. Do not recommend this hotel!!”

“had a very disappointing experience at Comfort Suites Greenville Airport. My flight was delayed, so I arrived around 1:30 a.m. After waking up and getting ready for my niece’s graduation, I discovered a dirty washcloth in the bathroom with hair and what appeared to be feces on it. I immediately contacted the front desk, and the employee apologized and promised me a clean room later that day once rooms became available. When I returned that evening around 9:30 p.m., another employee named...

“Alex at the front desk was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me get a room on the courtyard side of the building. Room was clean and comfortable and was lovely to look out into the Courtyard. Hung out in the lobby for a few hours with my husband waiting for our flight, very nice and comfortable.”

“It was under construction! No one told us this before we arrived. Noisey during day. Construction one floor up above room. NO snacks to buy. Staff gave us water then last night another staff said water was to be purchased. It was clean, staff nice, breakfast ok.”

“The property itself was nice enough however the staff was not helpful at all and housekeeping really sucked. They only cleaned the room halfway meaning they gave us fresh towels, but left the dirty towels in the room and did not clean the beds. Valet was super unhelpful. I informed them that I had an early flight and they did not pull my car around. They left the key in the drawer for me to pull my own car down from the valet parking lot, not a property that I look forward to staying at again.”
