“10/10 hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone. It’s so incredibly beautiful with such lush tropical vegetation throughout the whole hotel. The rooms are huge, beautifully presented with everything you need. The service is amazing, with such friendly and helpful staff at every corner of the hotel. Nothing is too much for anyone here! “We stayed in sugar hostel for two nights and it was a lovely experience although it started out a little rocky. When we first entered there was a little confusion with the booking. Even though the booking details were clear on our end on they had not received our booking. The staff were really kind and friendly and they handled the situation well and we were so happy about it.
