“Upon check in, I was informed that my reservations for 2 rooms had been canceled. I of course did not cancel them so it was a mistake. The reservationist called over the manager and found out that it indeed was a mistake so they had basically upgraded my friend and my room to bigger size beds but with 2 beds in each room which was terrific.
